1. If I shop at your retail store, are the online internet prices valid at the store? We welcome you to shop at our retail store in the Atlanta metro area. However, the internet online shopping prices are not applicable at the store. Retail customers are expected to pay retail prices.
Please note that on our shopping site, "Regular Price" indicates the Dance Fashion Superstore retail price; the "On Sale For" indicates our discounted price for online orders only and are not applicable for in-store purchases.
2. How may I get a catalog of your products? To obtain a catalog of Liturgical/Praise dancewear, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and mailing address.
4. How can I locate a specific product? There are several methods to locate an item:
a. Browse items by Manufacturer (e.g. Eurotard, Bloch, Danskin, etc.), Category (e.g. shoes, pants, skirts, tights, etc.), or Department (e.g. Flamenco/Latin, Worship/Praise/Liturgical Dance, Belly Dance, Children's, Men's, etc.).
b. Enter an item number OR keyword (such as "pointe," “angel” or “metallic”) in the Search box on the top right of the screen and click on “Go” or press the Enter key. From theresulting list*, click on the item number and description to see the photo, description, sizing, available colors, and pricing information for the item. Searches occur on the name of he product (not on the product description).
*If you see multiple listings for the same product after you have done a search, you may click on any of these listings to arrive at the product.

5. How can I check the status of my order? Log in using your email address and password and click on "Track Your Order" at the top of any page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look under Order/Billing History. Check the Shipping Status and Customer Service Notes to determine if your order has shipped.
6. Do you have the items I want to order in stock? We have a very large selection of inventory sizes and colors on hand but because of demand may occasionally be out of an item when you place your order. Please provide an accurate "need by" date and special delivery instructions in the "Order Notes" section when placing your order and then click "Update Cart" to save the order instructions so that we may meet your needs.
7. When will my credit/debit card be charged? Your credit or debit card will be charged at the time the order is processed; in other words, when all items you requested are packaged and ready to be shipped.

9. Do you charge sales tax on orders? We are located in Georgia and charge 7% sales tax to orders that are shipped to addresses in the state of Georgia. Other orders are not charged sales tax.
10. What currency are your prices listed in? Our sales transactions are conducted in US Dollars, as our company is based in the United States.
